Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 14-day free trial of Scale, with 100 trial credits and no credit card required. When the trial ends, you can convert to any plan; if you don’t, your account moves to read-only and your data is preserved for 30 days.
What is a credit?
One credit is roughly one AI conversation — a 24-hour window of AI activity with a single contact on one channel. The cost is fixed at 1 credit regardless of how many messages are exchanged. Some AI media features (understanding a voice note or image, replying with a voice note) draw a small fraction of a credit on top.
Do I have to buy credit packs or top up a wallet?
No. There are no credit packs, top-ups, or prepaid wallets. Credits come with your plan. If you need more capacity, you upgrade to the next tier or enable the optional overspend toggle — never a pay-per-use top-up.
What happens when my credits run out?
AI conversations pause and you get an upgrade prompt. Any active AI conversation always finishes — we never cut off a lead mid-conversation. You can upgrade to the next plan or turn on the overspend toggle to keep going at your plan’s overspend rate, up to a monthly budget cap you set.
What does Meta charge separately?
Meta charges a per-conversation fee for WhatsApp Business API template sends, billed to your WhatsApp Business Account. We pass this through at Meta’s exact rate with zero markup — it varies by recipient country and message category.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no annual lock-ins on monthly plans — cancel whenever you like. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year. Downgrading never deletes your data, and any unused credits convert to bonus credits that never expire.
